About Me

Hi there - My name is Boris Yanovsky and I'm a quantitative researcher and data scientist based out of San Francisco. I have a social science background with quantitative research methodology training and I currently work as a People Data Analyst at Cloudflare.

I started my career as a researcher in Organization Development for the US Department of Veterans Affairs where I got to apply my training in Industrial-Organizational psychology to the VA workforce. Afterwards I transitioned to user research at Facebook. Currently, working in People Analytics, I get to combine my interest in psychology with analytics and data science. In my work, I enjoy using the statistical programming language R, data visualization, and organizational psychology.
